Authorization of Use

You may reproduce, modify or integrate into other works ("Content Use") software, documents and graphics from HODGEF (the “Content”) subject to the following:

(1) Content Use is authorized in accordance with the license included with the content.

• Use the account, login identification, or password of another party to access HODGEF;
• Otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to HODGEF, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to HODGEF, through password mining or any other means; or
• Interfere with another individual’s or entity’s use or enjoyment of HODGEF.

We have no obligation to monitor your use of HODGEF or retain the content of any of your sessions on the Site. However, we reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Infringement Claims Policy

HODGEF shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
